Course Description:
This certification course provides both foundational & applied knowledge for Six Sigma Green Belt. It provides an approach to apply all basic Six Sigma Five Phases including statistical, analytics, and tools to solve business problems, save money, improve bottom line, make sound decisions and apply solutions to the management practice or projects. This certificate course is Six [6] sequential modules including one introduction module. Each Module, after introduction, represents a Six Sigma Phase and contains several knowledge & skill delivery elements like discussion topic, lesson, videos, slide presentations, practice problem, and knowledge assessment.
