Course Description:
This Pathway course delivers HR Analytics via Six Sigma Green Belt tools as Six Sigma for Human Resources SSHR (c). It is a five [5] sequential modules that are relevant to the DMAIC Six Sigma approach in problem solving and money saving. Each Module contain may several knowledge and skill delivery elements like discussion topic, lesson, videos, slide presentations, practice problem, and knowledge assessment. The course provides both foundational & applied knowledge to solve HR problems and apply solutions to the HR management practice in areas like hiring, payroll, etc.
